His prudence and ethical conduct to service is second to none on the field of ploy. Success in Life is irrelevant if it does not add value to the need of others. A good Leader is one who discovered himself, his purpose for living and committed to exploring and expressing himself fully to achieve his purpose in life.

Every man, born to this planet is born to a world stage, but only a few receive the Ovation mentioned and reckoning of a national compendium of achievers. This is so because only few people make and pay the Price for greatness. Those who attain greatness pass through a grid lock process of baking and making. The ability to understand and interact with people, innovates ideals and make changes is particularly essential to ensure progress in all organizations.

I have also gain knowledge and skills from many experiences at work and the diverse environments in which I have lived and worked. This is the believe of Mr. OLLOR Nwafor Wilfred Lele, born on 1 "July 1976 to the families of Late Mr. & Mrs. Monday OLLOR Nwafor, he grew as an orphan. He attended State Primary School Onne, River State. After completing his Primary Education he proceeded to Government Secondary School, Onne, Eleme also in River State. He attended LEO Computer Institute Apapa Lagos in 1996 later gained admission into the River State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt were he obtained Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (BSC HONs) IN 2005. In 2006 Mr. Wilfred incorporated a Limited Liability Company known as Messrs VICVEN INTEGRATED SERVICES LIMITED with RC-658084

It will employ all effective motivation methods to encourage employee's participation in accident prevention, pollution and total loss control.
